Customer Approval and Policies
  • I am responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and artwork details before production.
  • Printed colors may vary slightly from phone screens, computer screens, and digital proofs.
  • Minor variations in print placement, size, and color are normal production variations.
  • Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable after approval and production begins.
  • Claims must be reported within 1 day of pickup or delivery.
  • If we make a verified production error, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item.
SIZE UPGRADE: Garments larger than XL are subject to an additional $5 per item.
